Belhaven Dance Ministry
When this dance troupe comes to your place, it’s always an uplifting visual experience.People can come expecting to see young people worshiping the Lord with their gifts and talents in both traditionally worshipful ways on not so traditional ways. Our hope is that the audience will enter into this time of worship with the dancers.
Belhaven University is not only the best dance arts school in the area; it’s one of the best in the entire nation. And the Chair of the Dance Department at Belhaven happens to be our own Cynthia Newland– wife of Pastor Doug Elzroth! (just in case you weren’t aware of that). And so we’re fortunate to have the Belhaven Dance Ministry Ensemble led by Elizabeth Gordon. They joined us this past Feb. 27– it was an awesome experience.
